I am Sanja, a business process analyst with a passion for problem-solving and improving operational efficiency, and a proud owner of three dogs and a tortoise.

Knowing that having well-defined processes is the key to success and overall productivity, I developed a passion for breaking down complex processes into manageable segments through developing SOPs, workflow automation, and finding software solutions, almost like solving a puzzle.

I enjoy learning new things every day, so I always try to come up with new hobbies - painting, playing Kalimba, animating short videos, baking, and more. This thirst for knowledge is one of the reasons I love working with processes and clients across diverse industries - because each business is different, and requires a unique approach.
