I'm Saira and one of the Enablement Directors here at DoGood. I worked with my very first start up eight years ago and took with me my passion for all things learning and development, automations, team management and growth and dove right in and have now found my perfect working culture!
I enjoy every different hat I’ve worn and I’ve been able to remain true to myself and stay extremely client centric, ensuring that every step I take is the right one for everybody involved.

I spend half of my time between England and America, with San Diego being home when I’m not in London. Recently, thanks to the beautiful weather in California I’ve picked up kayaking and love to start or end my day by the ocean. I enjoy traveling, reading, staying up to date with new technologies and always working on my own personal growth.
